EGGER TURO VORTEX T / TA

Egger Turo® Vortex pumps are designed with a fully retracted impeller. Only 15% of the pumped liquid comes into contact with the impeller. Solids up to the diameter of the pressure outlet and long fibrous materials do not cause blockages.

The geometric shape of the impeller conforms to the vortex housing, minimizing damage from abrasive media. Sensitive particles (crystals, bacterial flakes, etc.) are not damaged.

EGGER PUMP HYBRID TEO

Egger pump with a hybrid impeller. Combines the advantages of the Egger semi-open impeller with those of a Turo® vortex impeller.

EGGER PUMP PROCESS EO / EOS

Egger process pumps are powerful pumps for homogeneous liquids with high solids concentrations and a high gas and / or fiber content.

Through systematic development and flow optimization, global efficiency of up to 89% can be achieved. The design guarantees a constant feed speed, especially for highly abrasive products.

EGGER ZONE-0 SUBMERSIBLE PUMP

Egger submersible pumps can be used in all explosion-hazardous areas. Egger, together with PTB in Braunschweig, has developed a safety concept specifically designed for explosion hazards in Zone 0.

This allows applications to be pumped in Zone 0 with temperatures up to 150 ° C.

EGGER PUMP PILOT S

To validate new processes for commercial systems, the processes are first tested in pilot systems.

The release rates are often low, varying from 0.5 to 8 m³ / h and cannot be achieved with a reactor pump. For this reason, Egger has developed a Pilot Pump S that meets all the requirements for commercial process pumps.

This series is designed for limit conditions of 25% gas fraction, 100 bar system pressure and a temperature of 280 ° C.

EGGER ELBOW PUMP RPP / RPG

The ideal pump for high capacity requirements at low discharge heads (circulation pump with axial impeller).

Egger RPP/RPG pumps have a robust construction, a long life with minimal maintenance.

The Egger reactor pump has been developed for high temperature and high pressure applications in the chemical and petrochemical industry.
