FlowControl

The FlowControl system detects overpressure, pipe breakage and air bubbles in the dosing head and cavitation on the suction side.

SlowMode

SlowMode dampens the suction stroke to prevent cavitation when pumping highly viscous or degassing liquids.

FlowAdapt

FLOWADAPT guarantees utmost dosing accuracy, even when the system pressure fluctuates.

Calibration Mode

Calibration mode allows you to calibrate your dosing pump for your application so that the displayed 100% values are correct.

Safety

Excellent safety is provided through automatic venting, (flow) monitoring- and measurement and self-diagnosis.

Batch Dosages

The dosing timer allows you to easily set batch dosing as a repeat cycle.

Stepper motor

Finally, the dosing pumps use a stepper motor. This optimizes the control of the stroke rate and makes the pump extremely accurate while maintaining maximum suction.
