Two parties, the same ambition

This technical approach aligns perfectly with the collaboration with Vivochem, Ferr-Tech's preferred supplier. Ferr-Tech developed FerSol®: an innovative solution based on liquid ferrate(VI), which enables industrial cleaning and water treatment processes to be organized more efficiently, with fewer chemicals, lower energy consumption, and less impact on people and the environment.

In practice, Inventflow and Vivochem collaborate in various sectors. Consider crate washing facilities, where Inventflow supplies the right dosing pumps and FerSol® ensures hygienic cleaning at low temperatures, without chlorine. Or IBC cleaning, where rinse water remains reusable for longer thanks to FerSol® and needs to be changed less frequently. Do you recognize your process in this? Innovative chemistry requires reliable technology

FerSol® combines oxidation, coagulation, and cleaning in a single process step. As a result, traditional chemicals such as chlorine can be largely replaced, and processes can operate at lower temperatures.

However, an innovative fluid also places specific demands on the installation. Consider material compatibility, dosing accuracy, and pressure build-up. Not every pump installation is suitable for this.

Therefore, Vivochem engaged Inventflow for the selection and validation of the appropriate dosing pumps.

Tested in our own test setup

Thanks to our experience with dosing processes, we were able to quickly determine which configuration best suited this application. Because FerSol® was a new chemistry within our applications, we first extensively tested the solution in our own test setup.

This way, we were able to determine in advance:

  • which materials are most suitable,
  • which pump configuration performs best,
  • and how the fluid behaves under different process conditions.

In this way, we ensure not only a working installation, but also a reliable and efficient solution that is immediately applicable in practice.

Proven results at: Cleanwash, Hoogeveen

Cleanwash in Hoogeveen cleans reusable packaging for producers in the food industry. Sustainability is high on their agenda; the factory is already operating completely gas-free. Chlorine-free cleaning was the next step. After several test days with FerSol®, the results were clear.
