Lower down time, higher efficiency
Over the past 10 years, the development of pressurized water systems has not stood still and much has been achieved in the field of reliability, energy consumption and connectivity. A good example is the Grundfos Hydro MPC (E), which forms a plug-and-play system for your process, aimed at optimal performance, low down-time and high efficiency.
INCREASED RISK TO OBSOLETE pressure boosting SYSTEMS
The electronics of outdated pressurized water systems pose an increased risk because parts are often not available. Take advantage of the trade-in promotion and avoid high costs due to downtime.
Customer case study: food processing industry
At a customer in the food processing industry, an old booster set from 1990 has been replaced by a Grundfos Hydro MPC-E with IE5 motors and built-in frequency converters.
This exchange has resulted in:
- Increased operational reliability
- Energy savings up to 50%
- A more constant process
- Increased functionality and connectivity
- Intelligent control options
Maintenance subscription for your pressure boosting system
You want a pressurized water system that performs optimally without having to worry. We therefore offer a (brand-independent) maintenance contract, in which your system is checked annually. Maintenance is carried out when necessary, with 24/7 service in case of calamities.
You pay a fixed annual fee of €120. Does maintenance need to be performed, such as the replacement of parts? Then you will receive an inspection report, in which the condition of parts (including photos) is described with follow-up actions. Associated costs are not included in the fee.
