For our client, Inventflow from Almelo, we are looking for a Manager Finance & Control. In this role you are responsible for managing and optimal functioning of the finances, you come up with improvement proposals and you are the point of contact for all financial questions from your colleagues.
The Manager Finance & Control is given the opportunity to develop in this growing company. You are proactive, visible within the company and can communicate at different levels. In addition, you see a challenge in optimizing and further professionalizing the financial organization, administrative processes and IT systems and you contribute to the further growth of the organization at a strategic, tactical and operational level.
In recent years, the company has grown strongly and has acquired a strong market position as a pump specialist within the Food, Pharma and Chemical industry in the Benelux. Inventflow can be described as a young dynamic organization with an informal atmosphere and a hands-on mentality. Wanting to be successful together is very important to Inventflow. Strong growth of the company is forecast for the next four years.
Responsibilities
- You take care of a qualitative financial administration
- You come up with improvement proposals at different levels in the organization
- You are a sounding board for the MT and advise them on financial issues
- Conducting business economics and scenario analyses
- You provide periodic financial (management) reports
- You report to the management and you are part of the MT
We ask
- Completed HBO / WO education in Business Economics, Accountancy or similar
- Relevant work experience in a similar position
- Team player with a healthy drive and a balanced and firm personality
- Familiar with digitization, automation and BI tooling
- Moves easily and professionally at various levels within the organization
- Person: analytical, result-oriented, decisive, communicative and independent
