Our solution
In our workshop, we disassembled the entire pump skid. We then built a test setup to check if all the individual parts fit through the hatch. This revealed that the skid frame also needed to be shortened further.
At the site, the parts were brought in one by one through the hatch. In the basement, we assembled the Johnson CN 200-200 and connected it to the existing pipework. The motor was also repositioned and aligned.
Why the Johnson CN (CombiNorm) for this application:
- Suitable for mildly aggressive liquids such as chlorinated pool water, provided the correct material is selected.
- Reliable during continuous use, like a current
- Back-pull-out design: maintenance without disconnecting the piping
- Modular design, easily adaptable to spatial requirements
Our technicians are VCA** certified and work according to established safety procedures. This is essential when working in a confined basement space.
